Suite Policies

Cancelling or Re-scheduling

A 24hr notice is required if you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

A ONE time grace period will be honoured,  you will be required to pay 50% of your service to book your next appointment which will go towards your next service. (discretion of the stylist)

After your one time grace period if you need to cancel or reschedule again you will be required to pay 50% of your service in order to book your next appointment BUT this will not go towards your next service. This is to cover the cost of your missed appointment.

Late & No Show

Please understand that if you are more than 15 mins late we might not be able to provide you with the full service you are booked for. ex; your booked for a haircut we might not be able to blow-dry. We will try our best to always accommodate in the time we have but we cannot cut into other clients appointment times.

If you no show and don't call in to cancel your appointment you will not able to book another appointment at Privado Hair Salon.

Regarding your services

If for any reason you are not happy with your hair services please do not hesitate to message me. My ultimate goal is for you to be happy and love your hair. Please message me within 3 days after you leave the salon to inform me of your concerns and I will do my best to get you in asap. 

​

If you change your mind at the time of your service you are still required to pay for the full service booked. ex; you are booked for a full highlight and cut but decide you only want a half highlight you will be required to pay for a full highlight and cut. If you are unsure of what you will need please reach out to me and I will be happy to assist you. Prior to leaving the salon I will inform you of what your next service should be, it is highly recommend that you book your next appointment at this time.

As a service based salon we do not offer refunds.

 

**A thorough consultation is always booked prior to your service to make sure we both understand the services being provided, your goals and any concerns you might have. At any point if something cannot be achieved you will be notified at the time of your service.
